We offer you this basic reactive support:
- Support Hotline/HelpDesk – one contact point for making and recording your requests. Records of your requests, to which the customer has access, also serve for subsequent invoicing for services received. The customer can monitor the status of his/her requests, and when and how they are resolved.
- Incident Management – an incident is each disruption of the delivery of a service or its qualitative limitation. Our certified and experienced specialists know how to resolve even complicated incidents quickly, with emphasis on the fastest possible restoration of the delivery of the service. Prioritizing incidents and records of them in the HelpDesk system are a matter of course.
- Change & Release Management – Management of changes in your infrastructure with the goal of ensuring that no change has any affect on the accessibility of your systems. So that no change takes place without being managed or threatens your firm’s commercial processes. We know how.
Proactive area
In the area of proactive support we offer our customers in particular:
- Problem Management - seeking root causes (RCA) of incidents, we know how to effectively search out these causes and subsequently recommend to you a method for eliminating them. It is not always purposeful not to solve the cause and use a replacement or temporary solution (so-called workaround). We help you halt repetition of identical incidents.
- Capacity Management - The goal of our cooperation with the customer is to ensure the existence of optimal IT capacity in terms of cost, with the capacity corresponding to the current and future needs of the business. We know how to find a balance between the offer of the capacity that the IT has available and the demand for this capacity by the business.
