Long-term Support

VUMS LEGEND spol. s r.o. ensures comprehensive services in deliveries of individual solutions, including system administration and ensuring of a Helpdesk. As part of post-implementation support we propose that service contracts be closed, which ensures guaranteed service and modification of applications for coming years for customers. The advantage of closing a contract is that the guarantee period on an application is extended to cover the duration of the contract.

In the area of support we can also sell IBM / Lotus Notes licenses and various training programs for users, administrators, and others…
