The portfolio of services we offer is based on many years of experience with company consulting in the form of specialized IS/IT consulting, feasibility studies, optimizing company processes, long-term support of implemented solutions, etc.

We ensure comprehensive services as part of the entire life cycle of the development of information systems, starting with identification of problems, options, and goals, through the definition of IS needs and requirements, analysis of unnecessary properties of a developed IS, implementation, testing, support during commissioning, to contractual service and administration of set solutions.

    Ensuring the HelpDesk

    Creation of reports to the HelpDesk by user organizations that have signed contracts with VUMS LEGEND on the provision of HelpDesk services, and the processing of these requests by VUMS LEGEND workers.

    Expert IS/IT consultations

    VUMS LEGEND workers have experience building information systems, from designing infrastructure designing to application software. Based on this experience they are able to provide a customer with consultations during which the customer gains a basic summary of possible solutions of specific matters. This helps orient the customer in the given issue.

    Feasibility Studies and Procedural Projects

    Feasibility studies and procedural projects arise at the beginning of a project, testing the solvability of the given issue, seeking out and defining necessary resources, planning timelines, predicting possible risks, etc. Using our expert knowledge and experience, as well as through supported technical options and direct contacts with producers, we are able to take part in the creation of guaranteed technical and application solution designs, which will save you time and money when making decisions and during the realization itself.
