Vehicle Operation

This application allows the dispatcher to clearly and simply manage information associated with the operation of a motor vehicle, but mainly it is possible for other users to reserve a vehicle for a given period of time. These applications, together with prefilled travel orders, are sent to the manager for approval, and after a business trip the user is able to fill in the travel order and account for the business trip.

Basic functions of the application:

  • Vehicle records
    EvidenRecords of basic data on vehicles such as type, color, brand, etc., as well as tire type, changes, service, validity of inspection stickers, insured events, option of uploading photographs, etc
  • Paperwork

  • Approval by manager
    An application to use a company car is subsequently for approval to the relevant manager, and the manager can be represented temporarily or permanently.
  • Filling in travel orders
    A travel order is a part of an application for a car, so there is less work filling an order in, because basic data are taken by the system from the application, information both on the drive r and on co-travelers. After a business trip has been completed it can be accounted for. A travel order need not be connected to an application for a vehicle; a travel order can also be filled in in the event another means of transportation is uses.
