The Records of Contracts/Orders/Invoices application serves for the basic recording of their examination (creation of groups) according to various criteria. The application supports the life cycles of documents according to the workflow, which is tailor-made for customers.
The records of Invoices provides a broad range of views of records according to both status and customer or supplier or combination thereof. In these views invoiced sums and margins are also stated, and so the application provides a very rapid overview of, for example:
- invoices to a customer during a certain period of time,
- paid and unpaid invoices during a period of time,
- paid and unpaid invoices for a customer,
- information on invoicing for a type of service (invoicing for service activities during an elapsed month, etc.),
- and many others, including dynamic groups…
To records of processed invoices the application also provides an overview of planned (anticipated) revenues, and thus makes it possible to control the organization’s cash flow in a simple form.
The Records of Invoices application is connected to the Internal Directory database and the External Directory database for entering contact information on suppliers and customers.
The Records of Contracts/Orders application is similar to the Records of Invoices application. Everything is interconnected and intertwined, e.g., an invoice can be joined with an order and given investment plan, etc.
The applications are delivered individually or as an entire package of applications.
