The managed documentation company integrated system is a hierarchically arranged library of documents onthe Lotus Notes platform that solves in electronic form the process of creation, recording, dissemination, and regular checking of managed documents in the spirit of the rules set forth by the set of ISO 9000 international standards.

Circulation of documents is tied to the organization’s organizational structure and proceeds according to preset procedures. The creation and further processing of each managed document are subject to the organization’s internal regulations, and only persons defined in job descriptions can participate in these activities. Based on the phase of creation of a document and their authority they can read and edit a document, or possibly decide on its visibility, and the rights of one function can vary in different phases of the creation of documents.

Each new requirement for a client’s cooperation is accompanied by an invitation, in the form of a notice to the invitee’s mailbox. All managed documents carry information on the history of the workflow within themselves
