This product is intended for simplifying and improving the quality of the administration of files in the organization’s agenda. It provides a comprehensive solution for keeping records of documents and monitoring their life cycles in the organization. It records documents received by and sent by the organization in both written and electronic form, including communications through a data mailbox. It ensures the management of documents, passing of documents among organizational units and workers, and their archiving and destruction.

Main parts of the package of applications:

  • Posting log - this ensures comprehensive records of written materials, on paper, in electronic form, or even oral postings. It allows records to be kept on documents delivered to the organization or of the organization’s creation, attachment of a document for transfer to a specific department or worker, the circulation of documents to be monitored up to their disposal. At any time it is possible to determine the status and in which department a document is momentarily found. An outstanding overview of all documents is provided by individual views depicting documents in accord with well-considered selected documents.
  • Filing Room - records of documents are kept in the filing room, but also retention periods are also monitored according to retention symbols, or document loans.
  • Mailing Room - keeps records of mail to be sent, automatically numbers items, prints lists, etc.

    This application is intended for administration of files of administrative or other proceedings and their documents and participating persons. The application can work independently as an agenda of files, or it is an expansion of a filing service with which it communicates and includes its own incoming documents in individual files.

    We offer solutions that will communicate directly or through Web services with the Data Mailbox Information System. You can thus direct messages downloaded from a data mailbox directly to your firm’s information and vice versa.
